Walter Fletcher Beach
A waterfront place with a distinct history from Harmony Beach Park.
Walter Fletcher Beach is one of three adjoining beaches identified in the Urban Development Corporation’s account of Montego Bay’s waterfront development. The same source distinguishes it from Dump-Up Beach, now Harmony Beach Park. They should not be treated as interchangeable place names.
UDC has also published a proposal for the lease and development of Walter Fletcher Beach. That notice is not evidence that a particular attraction, operator or facility is currently open.
Older references to AquaSol do not confirm a present-day water park. Confirm current conditions and access directly with the responsible venue or managing authority before planning a beach visit.
